We started Landmark Design Group with a shared belief: the homes we build should serve the people who live in them while contributing positively to the communities around them. We saw an opportunity to bring greater intention, craftsmanship, and personal attention to urban infill development and custom homebuilding across Central Indiana.

Together, we bring decades of experience in real estate development, planning, community-focused design, and residential construction. Jonathan’s background in development and urban planning provides the strategic perspective needed to recognize a property’s potential and create projects that complement established neighborhoods. Blake’s construction experience, attention to detail, and dedication to craftsmanship help ensure that each vision is executed thoughtfully from concept through completion.
